Troubleshooting Our Site Logon Problems |
Please perform the following steps to resolve a logon problem. Try to logon after completing each step.
|
| |
| Step 1. Use "Forgot Password" wizard |
Use our Forgot Password wizard to make sure you entered the correct logon name and password.
|
| By using this wizard you will receive a message with your logon name and password to the e-mail address you specified during registration. This automatic wizard works only if you remember your logon name. |
| |
| Step 2. Check Caps/Lock key position |
| Since passwords are case-sensitive it is important to have your Caps/Lock key in the same position as it was during your registration process. |
| |
| Step 3. Check keyboard layout (international settings) |
| If you use more than one language in your operating system make sure that your input language is set as it was during the registration process. |
| |
| Step 4. Adjust your Internet Explorer settings |
|
Our site was optimized to be used with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4 or higher). It is always better to use the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE 5.5SP2 if you are using Windows 95/NT4, IE6SP1 if you are using Windows 98/Me/2000/XP). If the logon problem persists after performing step 1, 2 and 3, please carry out the following actions in your Internet Explorer:
· Clean cookies
· Clean Internet Temporary files
